What is one to do in order for a relationship to be dna confirmed or certain or biological?

I have yet to see a relationship that does not have this message attached: We can't call this relationship DNA-Confirmed, Confident, or Uncertain because one or more parent-child relationships in the connection are unmarked or non-biological. 

What is missing that causes this message? I especially don't understand how they can all be non-biological. Can someone explain this to me, please? 

I've taken the two tests and my brother has taken one - mine are the 23 and Me and mtFTDNA and my brother's is the Y-dna.

The message just means there are profiles where none of the radiobuttons for parent certainty are chosen. Like for example Carrie Lee Williams. Buttons are top right under the edit tab - and in my experience easy to forget.

If you are entering people manually, like I do, it's very easy to forget these buttons when you're working back in time, adding parents to people - then you have to go back to the child and into edit mode to complete this. It's easier to remember when you're adding more children to a couple of parents, since you'll usually go into edit mode for the child anyway.

I think the relationship finder is the only place unchosen buttons will show up (apart from edit mode). Don't think this shows in the profile page.
