How long do I wait to hear from page owner?

My 2xgreat-grandmother's page is hidden from me (kept private). I have sent a private message as well as a request to be added to the trusted list. How long do I wait in order to be added to the list, before I request some administrative action?

This profile manager has not been active for two years. You should go through filing an Unresponsive Profile Manager report. The link can be found in the Help Index under Profiles. Follow the directions and the profiles you are interested in should be opened in a couple of weeks.
