I accidentally chose the incorrect last name on a merge

The correct last name should have been Osburn-231 NOT Osbourne-182 how do I fix it?

I believe you must be the profile manager or on the trusted list in order to edit the LNAB.  If you are one of the above, you can edit LNAB on the Edit page.  

If you don't have access now.  You can contact the profile manager. 

I may have misunderstood you.  Did you mean the profiles should not have been merged?  Because, they are not the same person?  

If so.  Then I am not sure.  I suppose you'd have to recreate the profile for Osburn-231 again.  I don't believe a merge can be undone

Hopefully someone in the know, will confirm.

In this case you will have to contact the profile managers and ask one of them to change the LNAB.
