I have come to a road block for information about my fathers grandfather, Ralph Arthur Davis. He lived for a time with wife Olive in Syracuse NY. A son Arthur Davis was born there. They moved to Ohio and had another child, a daughter Ida. Ralph left his family and showed up in Kingsville, OH where he married my great, great aunt. They had two children, my grandfather and a little daughter who died in infancy. My gg aunt did not know about his other wife and children. Ralph then ran off with a sixteen year old girl and no one in the family knows anything more about him. He was a black sheep in our family and we would like to know where he came from and where he went. I have tried for twenty years and so far all that I have found is that Olive took her children to Minnesota and raised them up there. My g grandmother died when my grandfather was about four years old. The family has always thought that she died from a broken heart. If anyone knows anything about this family, I would appreciate hearing from you.
