 Nancy L. Knight was born in 1856 in South Carolina, her father, Jonathan, was 25, and her mother, Nancy Bolt was 26. She had one son and two daughters with Noah Saxon. She then married James Arthur Taylor and they had eight children together. She died in 1915 in her hometown at the age of 59.
