William   Hubert   Townsend.   He is my 2nd great uncle, brother to my grandmother, Dorothy May Townsend Bell.  This was a family photo of mine.

Isn't William a magnificent little boy, his outfit is outstanding and he look so very happy. No wonder he look happy with that wonderful rocking horse behind him, I just love this horse.
