Did not find the answer, but checked on when the 1950 US Census will be out. 

 The 1950 census records will be released in April 2022.

Thank you for the response.  But I was adopted.  Told mother was Nadine Throop.  I would not be listed in the census.  Just wondered if any family member might know if this was possible.  If so, was just hoping for a photograph of her.  Again, thank you.
