I don’t know if it would help with Vicey, but many of William McIntosh’s children moved to Indian Territory with their Cherokee mother, Susan/Su-gi Rowe McIntosh and are found in numerous Cherokee records.  Some of their children filed Dawes and even  Eastern Cherokee applications which have a lot of family detail.  It might be worth looking at Cherokee records for clues if you haven’t already done so.
