Memories box on profiles

Some of the profiles I created don't have the box to create  "memories"  at the lower left..... How do I add this feature to an existing profile?

Hi Peggy,

Looks like we've got a glitch! I'll look into it. Thanks for letting us know.

Thx Abby!
This looks like it isn't a glitch but a feature we do not have written anywhere about. Profiles over 200 years old do not have the memories box. We can put it on the our improvements suggestion list to put one on those older profiles.
Please don't. We can't really have "memories" about people who lived/died 200+ years ago.

"Memories" appear far more appropriate for living/recently  deceased individuals.
I can see your point.    I was trying to post quotes from my grandmother.... but I can handle it a different way.
Wouldn’t those memory boxes be good for, say, oral history? Just wondering.

I have no memories of my g-grandfather’s Confederate Service, but I did get a lot of stories from my grandfather who heard them from his dad.
I've added memories-like items to a couple of profiles in profile text, as part of the biography. For example, I might say of a grandmother "Every autumn she made a large stock of apple butter, enlisting her children and grandchildren to help," and cite myself as the source.
