What to do with a 55,000 person GEDCOM file? [closed]

I'm new to this site, and  I want to do things properly.

I've got a huge GEDCOM file (about 55,000 people) covering the last 5 years of research.

(I can't figure out how to delete a question - I've looked at other questions regarding GEDCOM import, etc. and discovered that the file would be too big to upload, and that the information therein - although largely verified - would be too difficult to integrate.)
