As the only source has a completely different spelling of his name, do we want to fix the spelling?

I think that Tilley is correct. Most of the relatives in the profile for Tilly-5 are spelled that way. It appears that 'Tilly' may have just been a typo.
Marc, we don't go by how other family members' profiles are spelled. We go by how the name was spelled by the family at time of the person's birth.  Hence need for sources.

Marc, I list the spellings as I find them in documents. The spellings sometimes help separate different families. Example: The Mayflower
Tilleys had the e in the surname very early, the Tilly/Tilleys in Va and
NC did not add the e until after the American Revolution.

The transcript of the will on the profile used the name Tylle .His son in the same will is spelled Tyle.
I checked it with the Bedfordshire archives catalogue . They hold the will and use this same spelling for Thomas  (good catalogue which includes an abstract)

If there are no other sources, should't his name be Tylle?
I agree
It is pretty clear that Tilly-5 and Tilley-202 represent the same person. But I am not clear which profile should be merged into which, or what the LNAB should be. I will leave that to the G2G experts.

Last year, April D. proposed merging duplicate profiles of Thomas' father.  At the time, she said Tilley should be the LNAB, but then it was merged in the opposite direction with the comment that Tilly was the correct spelling.

Perhaps someone can look for additional sources (other than the will) to help determine the correct LNAB . . .  I did a quick look and didn't come up with anything.  We know later it was Tilley.
