Twins born in Montreal - Foundling Children's Memorial Hospital 1916

Looking for help to find adoption records for Mary Louise Tagge. She was born with the name Cecilia and her surname may have been Naren.  She had a twin sister, named Elizabeth.  They were both born at Montreal Children's/Foundling Memorial Hospital on Jun 16, 1916.  Mary was adopted by Arthur Charles Tagge and Mary Louise Wahl around 1919 in Montreal.  Asking for help for my friend.

I don't know if this helps at all - but I did find a small amount of info on a Mary Louise (maiden name Tagge) Wahl. Birthdate is the one you have listed here.
