Case for a Mitchell Merge

Compare of Mitchell-6653 (06747795) and Michell-30 (02182423), Is this the same guy? Son of Experience Mitchell, borther of Experience Mitchell? I don't want to make waves, I want to do this right but it's really close.

I have labeled it as an unmerged match. This merge feels too big for me to make on my own. The numbers are really close but I'm hoping there is an Experience Mitchell expert here who can help me.

These should NOT be treated as the same person. According to these profiles:

The coincidence of the name John Mitchell or Michell and the 13 January birthday is not a sufficient basis for merging two profiles. I've changed them to a  Rejected Match.
