I feel the need to post this new source I came across.. If you have any family traced to The Barbados Islands there is a project completed in 2014/15  with all Parish records available as well as monuments photographed and listed, maps of the locations of the individual Parishes, containing photos and a little background information. You can search Baptism, Marriage and burial records.  http://monumentalarchiveproject.com/collections.html

Please keep in mind some records are not in any order other than chronological. Image records for monuments are all together so take your time and go through them if you have an ancestor traced to Barbado's, well worth it to have the information.
