Is there a project that covers this pre-1700 person? Skiff-14 and Skiffe-51; I'd like to complete the merge

I'm PGM but Benjamin Skiff/Skiffe is later.  Also: I created Skiffe-51 (personal ancestor) using Banks's spelling; have not seen a solid source for LNAB as either Skiff or Skiffe, but have no problem deferring to Skiff-14 unless there is a guideline that would recommend otherwise. Advice appreciated.

I descend from the Skiffe/Skiff Family. I have seen both Skiffe and Skiff as the surname. I suspect Skiffe evolved into Skiff, but can offer no substantial proof.

I've just added his birth record to the profile for Skiffe-51. In the Chilmark VRs his LNAB is Skiffe. I haven't found his marriage record. Hope that helps some.

Thanks, Bobbie -- don't know how I missed that!  The merge will need to be done in reverse.
