How do I join the "Richardson" One Name Team?

I sent a message requesting to join the "Richardson" One Name Study but have had no response. I have already passed my pre-1700 and am currently working on my branches of Richardsons' and would like to be able to add and edit the existing profiles on here. I would also like to add new family members if they aren't already on here. Please tell me who I need to communicate with to make this happen. Thank You.

There is no 'One Name Team'.  The Richardson Name Study is run by a WikiTreer who is very active.  You need to contact her and discuss how you are going to help.

Adding your own Richardsons (assuming they are not already on here) is just the same as you would add any profile.  The only way they will get included in the Richardson Name Study is if you put its category at the top of the profile's bio box.

Thank you so very much for the information. I am also now in contact with the Leader of the One Name Studies and she also helped me a lot with understanding it better.

Usually one name studies are personal efforts, I don't think we have teams for them but someone will correct me if I am wrong.

You can edit any open profile on Wikitree, since it is a Wiki, Just communicate with the profile managers over any major changes. You can also add new profiles, as long as you aren't duplicating existing ones.
