I was hoping the pics of his burly man tats would emerge one day!

But seriously, once you sat down, realized he was born in 1928, and the rumor said he was a sniper in Vietnam??? And the biggest part of Vietnam was what... 1967-1969? He'd have been 40 years old? Not impossible, but extremely unlikely. But kudos to whoever originally started the rumor - it certainly gained momentum and took a life of its own.
