Correct birthdate/year for Nancy Ann Favors-McNew and her father Thomas

I need some help with finding the correct birth date and/or year of Nancy Ann McNew nee Favors. All my personal research indicates she was born June 30, 1789 in Washington County, Virginia. She married Zedekiah David McNew May 2, 1803. If this is correct, she would have been 14 y/o. This is unlikely, but possible.Her father is Thomas Favors and mother is Sara Buchanan. The real inconsistency is see out there is that unsourced reccords say Thomas was supposedly born 1798, which is before Nancy Ann's birth. Is anyone able to clarify this?

In 1850 census lists Zebediah and Nancy 65 years old ,so both born 1785,of course

these records are usually about.Young marriages though were not unheard of.

Especially poor families.
