Biography
Marie Josephe Dionne was baptized on 5 March 1746 in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière, daughter of Antoine Dionne and of Marie Anne Lizot.[1]
Marie Josephe Dionne married Pierre Lévêque, son of Jean Lévêque and of Marie Josephe Bérubé, on 8 Jan 1770 in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière[2]
12 known children to the couple, of which 3 are known to die young and 8 to marry. They were residents of Rivière-Ouelle.[3]
Josephte Dionne, widow of Pierre Lévêque, died on 24 May 1835 and was buried on the 26th in Rivière-Ouelle, the record giving her 89 years of age.[4]
