William was the son of John Gyse/Guise and Jane Pauncefott.[1][2][3] He was born 10 Jan and christened 22 Jan 1566. He married Margaret, daughter of Christopher Kenn of Kenn, Somerset, England.[1] Sheriff of Gloucester England 1609.
He later married Elizabeth daughter of Humphrey Waldron of Wood Devon.
His will is dated 28 Mar 1642 with a codicil dated 26 April 1642 and he was buried 19 Sept 1642. His will was probated in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 1 June 1643.

William Guise was 21 years and 14 days old when his father died on 24th January 1587, so he was born on 10th January 1566. He was bapt 22nd Jan 1566, and wed Margaret Kenn , at Kenn, on 2 Jan 1592. She died and was buried 20 April 1595, and William married Elizabeth de Waldron. William was buried 19 September 1642. His Will, held at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, dated 28 March 1642, Cod 26 April 1642, Probate 1 June 1643. William had about 8 siblings, included Eleanor, bapt 12 August 1570, who was married at Kenn on 7 February 1592 to Christopher Perry. Christopher was buried at Kenn on 29 April 1619. His Will, dated 21 April 1619, probate 16 June 1619. In said will he lists his children, his wife, and his son-in-law, Richard Newman.
