Biography
Speculation provides that his father might be Rev. William Wilkinson, but no known records survive to support this.
Granted land in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, on August 13, 1646 for 236 acres in the county of Isle of Wight. He had acquired by purchase 100 of those acres from Richard Death. His estimated birth between 1610 and 1615 assumes he was at least 30 years old when he got this land patent.
