Biography

Catherine Ahern was born to James Ahern and Jane Miller in 1836 at White Rock, near Bathurst, NSW. No on-line record of her baptism (NSW BDMs) has been found but her death registration has her parents as James and Jane (Ahern) who lived in the White Rock area.

She married Thomas Chesher in 1857, the marriage registered in Carcoar, NSW^[1]

Catherine died in January, 1908 and her death was registered in Carcoar, NSW^[2].

Catherine is buried in Lyndhurst Cemetery, Lyndhurst, near Blayney, NSW^[3].
