Allen-61662 and Allen-498 appear to represent the same person because: similar dates and family, no sources to prove that Allen-61662 is a different person

The obituary of her sister, Jane (Allen) Chipman (1722-1775), verifies that Rebecca would likewise be the "Daughter of Col. John Allen of Martha Vineyard, and Grand Daughter to the Rev. William Holmes, deceas’d, formerly Minister on said [Martha's Vineyard] Island." As such, this lineage can be traced through their mother, Margaret Homes, to direct ancestor Edward (Plantagenet) of England (1312-1377). Rebecca is my 7th Great Grandmother.
