Biography

James Allgood was born in Whitwick, Leicestershire, England, the son of Read/Reed Allgood of Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, England and Ann Robinson of Hythe, Kent, England ^[1]. The family emigrated in 1874 aboard the ship "Wyoming", disembarking in New York City, New York, United States ^[2] before travelling to Coalville, Summit, Utah, United States, where they settled. ^[3]
