Polly Alvord, born 21 Sep 1794 in Clinton, New York, was the second child of Ebenezer Alvord (1767-1844) & Rachel (Crampton) Alvord (1770-1843).

Polly Alvord married 12 Jan 1832 at Homer, New York, John Stillman [b. 9 Jan 1775 @ Colebrook, Connecticut, son of John & Susan (Seymour) Stillman; d. 13 Jun 1862 @ Cortlandville, New York]. She was his second wife; his first wife was Mary Hubbard, with whom he had several children, among them Linus Stillman who married Rhoda Crampton (Alvord), the sister of this Polly Alvord.

Polly (Alvord) and John Stillman had one child:
