Biography
(John) Wesley Ammerman was born on 18 November 18, 1825 in Bourbon County, Kentucky, son of Joseph Ammerman and Rebecca (Reed) Ammerman.
On October 2, 1849, he married Louisa Jane Bassett (1827-1917) in Harrison County, Kentucky. They had at least eight children.
Wesley died April 8, 1877 in Bourbon County aged 51. He was buried at Battle Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana, Harrison County, Kentucky, USA.[1]
