David William Anderson was born 3 June 1865 in Wellington, New Zealand. He was the son of David Anderson and Sarah (Spinks) Anderson. ^{[1] [2]}

Marriage

On Wednesday, the 9th January, 1901, at St. Paul’s Pro-Cathedral, Thorndon, by the Rev. T. H. Sprott, M.A., David William, eldest son of David Anderson, of Wellington, to Nellie Constance, eldest daughter of J. C. Moginie, of Belmont, Lower Hutt. ^[3][4]
