Biography

Frances was born in 1903, the daughter of Riley Ash and Daisy Wiggins.[1] She married Frederick Doyle Raper on 14 Oct 1922 in Polk County, Georgia.[2] She passed away in 1954 and is buried at New Harmony Cemetery near Cedartown, Georgia.[3]
