Biography

Ruth was born around 1920. She is the daughter of Burrell Atkinson and Anna Williams.

She married Wendell LaFayette Roberts in Lee County, Florida in 1939.^[1] On 12 Dec 1939, they had an infant daughter who was stillborn due to the mother's toxemia.^[2]

In 1940, the couple was living with Ruth's parents and other family members in Fort Myers, Lee, Florida.^[3]

In 1945, the couple was still living in the household of Burrell B Atkinson in Fort Myers, Lee, Florida. Wendell was working as a lineman.^[4]

In the 1950 census Margueritte (age 30) was the wife of Wendell L Roberts in Hillsborough, Florida, United States.^[5]

Marguerite and Wendell divorced in 1955.^[6]

At some point, she married John T Wadsworth.

Ruth passed away in 2006.^[7][8] Burial was in the Bonita Springs Cemetery, Bonita Springs, Lee County, Florida.^[9]
