After the death of his wife, Minnie, Floyd (age 34) married Bessie Jahaza Hinson (age 34); daughter of Oscar Elton Hinson and Florence Greenwood Worthington; on December 24, 1933, in Washington County, Florida, United States.[2]
Floyd died on July 8, 1955, in Louisville, Barbour, Alabama, United States, aged 56.[3]
