Biography
Betsey Mason Baldwin was born 18 Apr 1801. She was a daughter of Abigail Boardman (abt.1775-) & John Baldwin (1772-1858).
She married 16 May 1827 @ North Stonington, Connecticut, William Slack Grant. They had 4 children, born at North Stonington [1],[2]:
- Nancy Elizabeth Grant, b. 19 Aug 1828; d. 15 Feb 1847
- William Franklin Grant (1830-1895); married Harriet N. Williams
- Mary Ann (Grant) Reynolds (1837-); married 23 Nov 1858 Thomas L. Reynolds
- Frances Juliette Grant, b. 23 May 1842; d. 20 Apr 1857
