RE will (and codicils) of EMILY DOWE, late of Rose Bay (formerly of Manilla), widow, deceased.—Probate granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 31st May, 1948.—Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1940 (Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1938, and Trustee Act, 1925-1940), Hedley Vicars Dowe, Charles Baldwin Dowe and Angus Linwood Fletcher, the executors of the will (and codicils) of the said Emily Dowe, who died on 21st December, 1947, hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their Claims to the said executors or to John D. Kennedy & Sons on or before the 14th May next, at the expiration of which time the said executors will distribute the assets of the said de ceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.—Dated 9th March, 1949.
