[CRO ref AR/4/ No.1736] This lease appears to pass on to William Henwood, the son of Daniell Henwood and Anne Bate, the lease on the property in Lower Tresance, which Roger Bate, (Anne’s father), had leased in 1688. Her father Roger Bate in his will of 1730 names his Henwood grandchildren, children of Ann Henwood nee Bate.
