Biography

Alexander Beck was born in 1851 in Cronstown, Newtownards, County Down, Ireland, the son of James Beck and Margaret Warden.

His baptism was registered in the 1st Presbyterian Church baptismal registers.

He emigrated to Australia on the Colonial Empire in 1872.^[1]

He married Mary Storen in 1892 in Victoria, Australia.^[2] Their children were:
