Biography

George Bedingfield is a part of US Black heritage.

George was born in 1917 in Alabama. He was the son of Cleveland Bedingfield and Whitten Yarbrough. ^[1]

In 1930 George was living with his parents and siblings in Georgia, Limestone County, Indiana.^[2]

George spent most of his adult life in Dayton, Ohio where he worked for 26 years at the Buckeye Iron & Brass Co. and retired from the Board of Education.^[3]

He passed away in 1982 in Dayton, Ohio. ^[4] He was survived by his wife Annie Bell, a son, a brother and 3 sisters.^[3]
