Charles Bellamy was born on May 12, 1764 in Massachusetts (District of Maine), son of John Bellamy (1734–1810) and Mary Unknown

Charles (23) married Margaret Haley (25) (born on October 23, 1761 in Smuttynose Island, Massachusetts Bay Colony; daughter of Samuel King Haley and Mary (Orne) Haley) on July 3, 1787.^[1] Their son was William Bellamy (1801–1874).

Charles died on July 25, 1810 in Massachusetts (District of Maine), aged 46.^[2]
