Ann, daughter of Joseph Belt and Hester Beall,^[1] was born about 1708 at Prince George's County, Maryland, and died before 1728 when her husband married again.

She married Thomas CLAGETT III, son of Capt. Thomas CLAGETT Jr and Mary KEENE, in Mar 1724 at Prince George's County, MD; one child (surname CLAGETT):^[2][3]

Although the will of her father Joseph Belt dated 14 Jun 1761 named several children and grandchildren, neither Ann nor any grandchildren named Clagett were mentioned.^[2][4]

Records show that it was a different Ann (Ann Wheeler) who married first Thomas Fogg, second Thomas Clagett, third Meredith Davis, and fourth Ignatius Perry.
