Research Notes
Pierre Benoit and Josephte Benoit had two sons baptized Jean Baptiste, the other one being Jean Baptiste Benoit born 1803 who married Emilie Labrie.
There is only one baptismal record for Pierre Benoit, son of Pierre Benoit and Josephte Benoit who was born in 1803 and later died in 1835. He could not have been married to Isabelle Gervais as this couple had a son in 1838.
This Pierre Benoit was an adult at marriage (born before 1812), he is the second son baptized Jean Baptiste.
