Note
Felix had dark, dark red hair with a little curl and twany colored eyes. He was round in stature and about 5’ 7” and fast on his feet. He was a jolly man and loved to joke and he smoked a pipe. He loved horses and rode a lot and raced, claiming to have the fastest horse. Felix drove a freight wagon from Lampasas through Briggs and Florence to Georgetown. He hauled butter, eggs, lumber and everything in between. He made stops along the way and supplied the merchandise for the stores. He was also a farmer and later in life drilled water wells in Williamson County.
