Biography

Clara was born on 13 December1815. She and her twin sister, Elizabeth Petronella Johanna, was baptized in the NGKerk Graaf Reinette on 8 September 1816. ^[1]

She is the daughter of Johannes Beukes and Maria Dorothea Botha. She is the twin sister of Elizabeth Petronella Johanna Beukes.

She was married to Matheus Johannes du Plessis. After he passed away in 1843, she married Jan Diederik Henrichson
