Elizabeth was born after 1800, the daughter of Edward Billups.
The 1810 Census shows Edward Billups at Botetourt County, with 2 males age 10-16 years (Robert and Edward), 1 male 16 to 26 years (Samuel), 1 male 26 to 45 years (Edward), 4 females under 10 years (Elizabeth, Jane, Susan, and Mary), 2 females 16 to 25 years (Nancy and Sally), 1 female 26 to 45 years (Susan). No slaves.[1]
