Buillups-1 and Billups-292 appear to represent the same person because: This is a clear duplicate and my type-o caused this record for Billups-292 not to be visible during my search... this is the mother of Simon Stokes and the wife of Christopher "Kit" Stokes... They are part of African American (Black) History... Simon Was interviewed and the relocations can be found at the library of congress...
