The 1830 census puts Horatio in his 60s, while the 1810 census gives his age as 45 or higher. If these are accurate, that puts his birth between 1760 and 1765. His son Erastus reported on the 1880 census that his father's birthplace was Massachusetts (but such claims are often inaccurate).
He was alive on 16 May 1831 when he sold property.[1] His estate was administered on 8 Sep 1831, so he likely died not long before then.[2]
Horatio and Sarah had children:
I have linked Horatio's parents uncertainly as Reuben Bingham and Mary. The evidence is circumstantial: Horatio and Reuben have strongly correlated locations, in places where no other Binghams are found, and Horatio named one of his sons Reuben and one of his daughters Mary. More evidence is sought!
