Sevilla (Scarvilla) Bishop was born about 1767 to Nathaniel Bishop and Huldah Francis. She was married to Aaron Coe on 11 May 1787 at Granville, Massachusetts. The data for the marriage of Sevilla (Scarvila) Bishop is in Town and City Clerks of Massachusetts[1]

Her marriage date is given there as May 13, 1789; this date is likely a typo in the book since the copy of the actual marriage document shows the marriage year as 1787[1]
  2. Sevilla is also mentioned in the court petition by her sister Abigail, referred to as "Sevilla Coe, wife of Aaron Coe".[2]
