Biography

Walbridge records birth Monson, Mass

Salmon (name could be Solomon, both spellings are used) moved with his parents to Randolph, Vermont in 1782 where he lived until about 1800 at which time he migrated to Ascot, Quebec, Canada in the company of his brothers James and Joshua. Late in life he went to Ottawa, Putnam County, Ohio, where his son William had settled and lived there until his death in 1846.
