Agnes "Aggie" Blom was born on August 10, 1902,[2] in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. She was in her parent's home at age 7, in Thornton, Cook County, Illinois, along with 6 of her siblings.[3] At age 17, she was in her parent's homein North, Lake County, Indiana on Highway Road, where she helped with the care of the home.[4]
She married Jacob G Porter on June 5, 1924 in Cook County, Illinois.[5] They had 2 children.
They made their home in Lansing, Cook County, Illinois where in 1930, Jake was a Truck Driver, and she took care of the home children, Jean-4, and Ruth-3.[6] In 1940, Jake was driving a Truck for a Milk Company, and she was taking care of the home and family.[7]
She died in February 1993, in Illinois, with last Residence as Lake County, Indiana.[2]
