Biography
Lucinda was born in 1849, in Arkansas, to Peter and Sarah Tennison Bloyed. She married widower Walter Shanks in 1871, and helped raise his five children. Following Walter’s death, she married widower Joseph Calhoun in 1899, in West Fork. She died in her home town in 1910, at the age of 60.
