If the birth date is close to being correct, Nancy Bolling could not have been the daughter of Freelove Mullins.

The Find-a-Grave memorial that was used as a source is also incorrect.

Yes, nice catch R. ! Per wiki rules am adjusting to 1825 per oldest record. It was adjusted it appears to match Findagrave, and that's obviously not correct per records.

The Find-a-Grave memorial includes a headstone photo showing a birth year of 1817 - it's not clear why the memorial owner used a differentn birth year. Aside from the mother's age, the 1830 census of Jonathan Bolling does not include a female of that age (13).

None of the sources in this profile represent proof of parents. Is there another source?

The cemetery is close to my home and I am very familiar with both the Bolling and Maggard families that are listed here and the descendants, which all have oral and bible records to this effect of her being daughter of Jonathon and Freelove . The 1840 census, for her father does list her by age 15 only, unfortunately names were not given in Russell, Virginia at that time. And she was married 1846 in Virginia, looking for the record . So therefore the 1850 census places her with her husband. The Find A Grave also lists that her birthdate is incorrect on the headstone per all records.

Bolling-641 and Bolling-570 appear to represent the same person because: Hi again Marie: We have an exact match again... sorry it did not come up that you already had a profile for Nancy Bolling-570 Maggard, so I had added her. And knew when went to add her spouse Johnny Maggard that a profile would be someplace ... then I find yours for her. If you wanted to add me to your trusted list I could do some of this work for you including adding some source info that I come across in your locked profiles that have no sources.
