Phoebe Rebecca Bonner was born October 6, 1883 in Elk, West Virginia. her Parents were Elizabeth Bright and Archibald Bonner. At the age of 18 years Phoebe and J. Willis Burns obtained the their marriage license on November 25 and were married on the next day of November 26, 1902 in Tucker County by S M Bonner in the records of 1910 Phoebe Rebecca Bonner was united in marriage to James William Burns seven years ago and she has given birth to four children Iva Niel age 6 years, Arthur R. age five years, Ira Glenn age two years and Henry O. at four months of age.
