DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with David by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with David:

I am on going to the Maine State Archives this week for confirmation. I also have access to Heritage Quest through the library, and all of the Bosworth papers.

In Kingston MA you will find the Howland House that has information on the Bosworth Family. Also in the Cohasset/Hingham records there are many reosures. Husband's grandmother was a direct descendant as she is Madeline Bosworth.

This is what I found in my records and with info on his wife Priscilla Shaw and her family.
